Frequently Asked Questions
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. Telehealth sessions cost $200 for the initial intake and for each 55-minute follow-up. If appropriate, in‑home sessions and community exposure outings are $250–$300, based on distance.
What is the cost per session?
Do you offer a sliding scale option?
Yes. I believe access to quality mental health care should be both ethical and sustainable. Offering a sliding scale allows therapy to be more affordable for clients who may have financial constraints, while still honoring the value of specialized, evidence-based care. If cost is a problem, please reach out about my sliding fee scale.
I will be accepting Aetna for Texas residents effective January 21st, 2025.
For out-of-network insurance, we can provide you with a superbill upon request – a special receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
Is insurance accepted?
I work with children ages 8 and older, as well as teens and adults. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, developmental stage, and goals, with a strong focus on building confidence and reducing anxiety over time.
What ages are seen?
Do you work with parents of anxious children?
Yes. In addition to individual therapy, I offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). SPACE is a research-based program designed to help parents learn effective, supportive ways to respond to their child’s anxiety—without reinforcing anxious patterns.
This approach focuses on empowering parents with practical tools and guidance, even when the child is not directly participating in therapy.

What states are Telehealth services provided?
I provide Telehealth Services in Texas, Oregon, and Washington
What is the Good Faith Policy?

Since my practice is private pay (out-of-network), there are no hidden fees or unexpected bills. You pay for sessions as you receive them.
I’ll also collaborate with you regarding your sessions, your progression, how often we meet, and what other support you may need along the way.
You’re free to terminate or pause therapy any time.
