About

Having my own love–hate relationship with anxiety, I understand firsthand the challenges it can bring. This lived experience, combined with years of clinical practice, allows me to approach clients with genuine empathy and understanding. My goal is to help individuals find freedom from anxiety’s grip and move toward living a life guided by their values. Allow me to be a part of your journey.

Ashley Wray, LCSW

Licensed in Texas, Oregon, & Washington

For over 10 years, Ashley has helped individuals face their fears using evidence-based treatment like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Her passion is creating a safe space for people who may have felt misunderstood—especially when anxiety shows up in ways that feel taboo or confusing.

Ashley offers expertise that comes from years of facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups for adults, children, and parents of OCD/anxiety sufferers. Many avoid therapy out of fear and doubt. Ashley aims to help you experience the effectiveness of therapy.

Ashley is a member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), has been recognized by IOCDF as successfully completing the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and has attended and presented at their conferences for the past nine years. Alongside Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Ashley integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to further support clients in their growth.

Courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.
